Andre Hicks
Co-Founder/Managing Partner
Andre Hicks is the managing equity partner of
Outliers Capital, helping new and seasoned investors acquire stable and growing assets in real estate, with a focus on lucrative multifamily properties.
After graduating from UAB in 2012 with a bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism, Andre switched
industries to Healthcare IT. He became an IT consultant, a career he pursued for the next 10 years, supporting Hospitals' transition to electronic records and other software and making a giant leap in efficiency. entrepreneurial, creative, and focused on helping others, Andre also taught classes to doctors and nurses and wrote the curriculum for several courses.
His career leapfrogged as he entered his new
role in the health and hospitals niche, becoming a full-time Senior Manager over the EMR IT support team and a project manager. During this period, he
further developed his skills in leading a team, doing deep analysis of complex cases, and finding the most time and cost-effective solutions.
His experience in the healthcare niche and desire for growth pushed him to start a staffing firm in 2015, providing premium services to medical professionals. He quickly grew the business to over 1 million in revenue annually.
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Andre played football as a scholarship athlete, which developed his discipline and teamwork spirit. He has a keen eye for identifying patterns and opportunities, leading to him always finding the best apartment buildings to invest in at Outliers Capital. His friends and business partners describe him as caring, visionary, and ambitious.
, Outliers Capital is Andre's latest brainchild and soul project, inspired by his lifelong desire to serve people in the best way possible. It's based on his own quest to find lucrative investment opportunities and earn a passive income while investing in multifamily properties.

management hassle. His mission is to guide his clients to make the best possible placement of their funds
Grisel Mora
Co-Founder/Managing Partner
Grisel Mora is a managing partner of Outliers Capital, and she’s at the forefront of identifying and facilitating lucrative investment opportunities in multifamily properties for new and seasoned investors.
Grisel is now focused on educating Outliers Capital investors in generating passive income from acquiring high-yield multifamily asset classes without all the management hassle usually associated with owning real estate.
She’s currently also leveraging her people skills and special eye for details as a talent acquisition expert for a major tech company. With a deep understanding of human behavior, Grisel looks to provide support for continuous growth both in talent acquisition and as a real estate investment advisor.
Grisel is a graduate of Lehman College in NYC with a degree in business administration and a minor in Journalism. After winning a diversity fellowship with NBC Universal, she started working as an intern within the organization, honing her skills in booking, production, and writing for the next five years.
Grisel always loved education in all its forms and was drawn to work in a reputable independent school in NYC for several years. She was key in managing day-to-day operations, organizing events, coordinating multiple complex calendars, and keeping things moving forward in the long term with excellent results.
Real estate was one of Grisel’s lifelong interests. At Outliers Capital, she found the perfect opportunity to combine her love for lucrative real estate investments with her mission to help and educate people.
Grisel saw clearly how Outliers Capitals offers the perfect opportunity to generate cash flow, stability, tax benefits, and leverage. She dedicated her focus and skills to connecting big thinkers with win-win real estate opportunities.
